Mustardseed Cultural and Environmental Services, LLC (MCE) is
an African-American woman owned Missouri based consulting
company. The corporate office is located in Kansas City, Missouri
and can provide services nation-wide. MCE is a certified D/MBE by
the city of Kansas City Missouri and W/MBE by the State of Missouri.
MCE also holds disadvantaged,minority or small business
certifications with TxDOT, Omaha, Nebraska, and Wichita, Kansas.
MCE started as a partnership between an experienced
anthropologist and certified hazardous material manager. Both
have successfully completed numerous projects in their respective
fields. Our objective is to provide our customers with the freedom to
concentrate on business and not be encumbered by concerns
about environmental or cultural resource management issues, by
providing ethical, quality and cost effective services. With our
combined 40+ years of experience MCE has relationships with
other experienced environmental and anthropology consultants
and developed alliances with other companies allowing access to
additional resources as needed.
Timberlyn Smith, BA, MA, Certified Hazardous Material Manager
(CHMM) Program Director is the President/CFO. She has travelled
extensively internationally and is active in religious and
environmental organizations.
Ike Francis, Ph.D., R.P.A. Principal Investigator and Senior
Archaeologist is Vice President/Marketing Director. He has
multinational experience and is active in civic and professional
organizations.
